The 40 doctors in the Shirley Ryan ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ÊÓƵ Medical Residency program ¡ª the clinical training home of Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine¡¯s Department of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) ¡ª are on a four-year journey in which they serve as integral members of the Shirley Ryan ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ÊÓƵ team and gain on-the-job training and qualify for the next phase of their careers.
