Golf Performance Program

This 12-week Performance Program is a small-group class created to improve the physical side of your golf game while reducing injury risk. Open to patients and golfers alike who want to advance their golf ability or return to golf after injury.
The program will consist of a pre-participation golf assessment, 10 weeks of classes, and a post-participation golf assessment.
The twice-weekly in-person sessions will focus on the primary physical components of golf, including:
- Mobility
- Balance & Coordination
- Strength
- Power
Our TPI-Certified Medical Professional and Exercise Physiologist will guide you through this comprehensive and progressive program adapted to your physical ability levels. The program utilizes golf-specific movements to improve your athletic performance and robustness on the course. Participants will work through a physical screen and be assessed for swing efficiency, club-head speed, ball speed and carry distance both before and after the program to see real-time improvements.
Requirements:
- Must be able to get on and off of the floor independently
- Must demonstrate independent levels of balance
2026 Schedule:
- Golf Pre-Program Assessment: February 23–27
- Golf Post-Program Assessment: May 11–15
- Class Meetings: Classes meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:45–10:30 am, beginning March 2

The total cost is $550, which includes 20 classes over 10 weeks as well as two Golf Assessments.

Golf Assessment

Shirley Ryan 星空传媒视频’s Golf Performance Assessment is a comprehensive assessment of your golf-game fitness. Our TPI-Certified Physical Therapist will evaluate your swing and movements through a specialized medical lens.
The assessment consists of three parts:
- Swing Analysis utilizing our GC3 launch monitor to identify client's golf swing characteristics that may play a part in pain/dysfunction or vice versa in addition to assessing swing efficiency
- Physical assessment utilizing a full body screen through the TPI/SFMA framework to highlight physical gaps that can play a role in pain or swing characteristics
- Home exercise program development to help fill in physical gaps or correct movement that client can incorporate into a weekly routine
The result? A better understanding of your golf swing, positioning and movements, as well as an opportunity to improve your golf efficiencies and longevity on the course.
